Fix: Removed igfxonln=1 , switched to 07009B3E , and enabled RC6 in BIOS. Result: Idle temp dropped to 38°C. VRM temps dropped 15°C.

The CPU handles all visual rendering, causing massive interface stuttering.

Recommended SMBIOS and platform choices

Apple transitioned to Apple Silicon without ever supporting the Intel UHD 770 architecture. Consequently, getting native macOS graphics acceleration out of this integrated GPU (iGPU) is technically impossible.

If you want a purely integrated graphics Hackintosh, buy a Mini PC with an AMD 680M (Ryzen). But if you already have a 13700K and want to dual boot macOS "just because," the UHD 770 is viable.
