To run Xemu, you cannot just use a game ISO. You must provide official system files: the Xbox Boot ROM ( mcpx_1.0.bin ), the Flash ROM/BIOS ( Complex_4627.bin or similar), and a formatted Virtual Hard Disk image (VHD).
